Parking is usually full but the turnover of cars qui frequent. I wish I had asked for the name/info of the amazing folks that offered me their wheelchair when they saw the pain I was in. That said, Cathedral Grove is a great place to stop and stretch your legs (or photograph for 2 hours like I did). Worth the crowds as the view and the hike is gorgeous. Second, many of the larger trees were rather highly visited by the tourists in the area and were not longer really sitting in a natural setting. There are well maintained bathrooms in this area. Getting off the highway is easy, finding a parking spot, not so. On either side of Highway 4, there are well marked and signed pathways. So glad we made time for a stop at Cathedral Grove.
